The law is complex and ever changing. You will receive carefully considered legal advice which is focused on giving you practical solutions to your problems without being bogged down with legal jargon. Your lawyer regularly participates in professional development to ensure you are provided with accurate and up to date advice on the law. Your Lawyer is also a member of the South Australian Law Society.
You will have direct contact with an experienced lawyer who will be available to answer your questions in plain English. Appointments are available outside of the normal business hours and phone calls will be returned. You will be able to contact your Lawyer by mobile phone or email for your convenience and our local offices at Blackwood and Salisbury make visiting our offices easy and convenient for local clients. You will receive prompt and clear advice.
KCLawyers understand that if you have been injured in a car accident or at work or are on a pension you do not have endless amounts of money to spend on expensive lawyers. You shouldn’t have to. In many cases legal costs can be recovered from government bodies. There is also a Litigation Assistance fund which can provide assistance with legal costs for those people who do not have the money to have a lawyer represent them. You will be told at the outset what your costs will be and whether there is another govenment body who can pay those costs for you.
